Digital Confidence Adds WebP Support to BatchPurifier

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL (March 18, 2024) — Digital Confidence today announced the addition of WebP support to its batch hidden data & metadata removal tool - BatchPurifier™.

The new version - 8.4 - incorporates the latest version of the DataDistiller™ Hidden Data Removal Engine, and is able to selectively remove Exif data and XMP metadata from multiple WebP image files at once.

BatchPurifier™ 8.4 also includes improvements in the processing of Microsoft Office® documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LibreOffice® documents.
