Digital Confidence Announces BatchPurifier 8.2

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL (May 15, 2023) — Digital Confidence today announced the release of BatchPurifier™ 8.2.

BatchPurifier™ 8.2 incorporates the latest version of the DataDistiller™ Hidden Data Removal Engine, with support for the removal of ZIP metadata, including File Entries Timestamps, File Entries Comments, and ZIP Comment.

It also includes a new option to remove just Tracked Changes Authors from Microsoft® Word documents, while retaining the Tracked Changes themselves.

In addition, improvements have been made in the processing of Microsoft Office® documents, LibreOffice® documents, and SVG files.
