The new version incorporates the latest version of the DataDistiller™ Engine with enhanced processing of Microsoft Word documents and PDF documents. A new feature for enabling MailValve EX™ selectively for specific senders by email address or domain has also been added.

Powered by Digital Confidence DataDistiller™ Engine, MailValve EX™ is able to remove more than 50 types of hidden data from 20 file types, including Microsoft Office® documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OpenOffice™ documents, PDF documents, and popular image and media file types such as JPEG, PNG, and SVG. MailValve EX™ can remove hidden data from files even if they are compressed within ZIP files.
