How to Remove Tracked Changes from Multiple Files

Microsoft Office® has no out-of-the-box means for removing tracked changes from multiple files in batch.

BatchPurifier™ can permanently remove tracked changes from multiple files in one go. It can do so for Microsoft Word (DOCX) and Excel (XLSX) files, and for OpenDocument Text (ODT) and Spreadsheet (ODS) files. Tracked changes are also known as revision history and as "redlining". Removing tracked changes is essentially the same as "accepting" tracked changes.

BatchPurifier™ can also selectively remove other types of hidden data & metadata from multiple types of document, image, and media file formats. It's an offline privacy-oriented desktop application for Windows®.
