MailValve EX™ is an add-in for Microsoft Exchange server for automatically
removing hidden data & metadata from attachments of emails that are sent
from the organization.
MailValve EX is implemented as a Transport Agent, and must be installed on an
On-Prem Exchange server. However, MailValve EX can be used to purify emails
sent via Office 365 if Office 365 is used in Hybrid Deployment.

and popular image and media file types such as JPEG, PNG, and SVG.
MailValve EX™ can remove hidden data from files even if they are compressed
within ZIP files.
MailValve EX™ was designed specifically for Microsoft Exchange server, and is
tightly integrated with it as an add-in. MailValve EX™ removes hidden data
from the attachments of each and every email sent from the organization according
to a centrally set rules, thus enabling organizations to enforce an
organization-wide hidden data removal policy to prevent accidental
