PDF Metadata Removal Support

There are several versions of PDF files. Currently, the DataDistiller™ Engine version which powers MailValve GX™ can remove metadata only from some of the PDF versions. These include PDF files generated by the Export features of Microsoft Office 2007-2019 and OpenOffice™.

PDF files generated by some PDF writing software in the market cannot be cleaned with the DataDistiller™ Engine. In particular, PDF files generated by the latest Adobe software, such as Adobe Acrobat Pro cannot be cleaned with the DataDistiller™ Engine.
