Find Out Whether You Are Using 32-Bit or 64-Bit Outlook

ConfidentSend™ can work on either 32-bit or 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows. However, ConfidentSend™ can only work on 32-bit version of Microsoft Outlook®.

To find out whether you are using the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version of Outlook, please follow these steps:

In Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016, and Outlook 2019:

1. Click "File" in Outlook
2. Select "Office Account"
3. Click "About Outlook" under "Product Information"
4. Look for "32-bit" or "64-bit" included with the Outlook version information under "About Microsoft Outlook"

In Outlook 2010:

1. Click "File" in Outlook
2. Select "Help"
3. Look for "32-bit" or "64-bit" included with the Outlook version information under "About Microsoft Outlook"

Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 have only a 32-bit version.
